How to use Alipay to send money to China?

Once you have created an account with MoneyMatch, you can start transferring money via Alipay to your account in China. Also, you could use account credit via our local Payout Partners too!

Do take note that recipients have to add their bank card into their Alipay account before receiving your transfers.

Who is Eligible to Receive Money from China?

  1. The recipient must be a Chinese citizen with a Chinese national ID or a Foreigner’s Permanent Resident Identity card (FPRID).
  2. The recipient must link their bank card to their Alipay ID to receive funds via MoneyMatch.

What else do you need before sending money to China?

For transfers to a Personal Account to China, the recipient will need to complete an e-KYC validation process.

Prior to receiving funds, a web-link will be provided in which the recipient have up to 48 hours to complete the online KYC registration. This is VERY important, as the transaction will be cancelled if the e-KYC registration is not completed in time.
